The Lakeshore Unitarian Universalist Congregation has reached its half-century mark. This book is a celebration of those fifty years. Members of the larger Unitarian Universalist community, and especially members of the Lakeshore congregation, past and present, are invited to read about LUUC’s history and reminisce about its triumphs and its disappointments, its moments of laughter and its moments of tears, and, most important, the friendships and love that it has fostered.
The author joined the Lakeshore UUC in the 1970s and served as its chaplain for twenty years. She has travelled extensively, volunteering in the Child Haven homes in India, and serving as a tour guide for seniors in numerous countries.
